The project is organized around accessibility, public engagement, and spatial clarity. Vehicular and pedestrian access are carefully structured, while playgrounds are positioned at the heart of the complex and the surrounding buildings act as active, inhabitable edges. The program is distributed across three primary masses, anchored by a 40,000-seat stadium located along the eastern edge of the site between two major Tehran highways.
The stadium’s form transitions from the rectangular geometry of the field to a circular outer perimeter, generating a dynamic, fluid volume that resonates with the surrounding Alborz Mountains. Its textured envelope recalls the hard skin of native reptiles, embedding the architecture in its natural context. A suspended hotel and an outward-facing commercial zone complement the stadium, reinforcing visual continuity, climatic performance, and economic sustainability across the complex.
