This project is considered a super urban block in its area. Therefore, the staining of the buildings was done in such a way as to create an interurban and enclosed space. In the placement of the towers, lighting and the appropriate view of residential units were taken into consideration. For this purpose, the north tower was turned and placed on the western side of the land so that the towers moved away from each other and did not block each other's view. The empty space created between the buildings was allocated to green space, gathering area, and crossing place. In order to harmonize with the surrounding context, we broke the towers at different levels and divided them into smaller pieces. So, in a horizontal landscape, four fracture lines can be distinguished, which are extracted from the various heights of the surrounding residential buildings, the level line of the Alborz mountains in the background and the sky, which are also in accordance with the distribution of apartment types. Due to the avoidance of disturbing lights from the west and east in the mentioned levels, the residential units are turned in their place and oriented towards the north or south. This move creates wide triangular terraces in the space between inside and outside and suggests a different lifestyle in the area.
